1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether an individual or legal entity, referred to as "Merchant", "Client", or "You") and AppsArchs (appsarchs.com), an SECP-registered technology firm in Pakistan, governing your access to and use of RTOzero.io (the "Platform", "Service", or "Software").

By creating an account, installing the RTOzero application or webhook on your Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom storefront, or claiming Beta access, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2 Description of Services

RTOzero.io provides automated software tools engineered to mitigate Return-to-Origin (RTO) expenses for e-commerce stores. The platform includes:

• Automated WhatsApp Order Verification: Dispatching interactive template messages to Cash-on-Delivery (COD) buyers.
• WhatsApp GPS Pin-Drop Location Mapping: Collecting customer pin drops to generate navigable Google Maps links for courier riders.
• Prepaid Conversion Engine: Presenting dynamic payment incentives to convert COD orders to prepaid via supported regional payment gateways (including Stripe, Tabby, Tamara, Safepay, and PayFast).
• Non-Delivery Report (NDR) Management: Real-time alerts for failed delivery attempts with automated customer re-scheduling.

3 Merchant Obligations & Lawful Use

As a registered merchant utilizing RTOzero.io, you agree that:

• You operate a legitimate e-commerce storefront in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
• You hold all necessary consumer consents under applicable electronic commerce standards and consumer protection regulations to dispatch transactional order communications to phone numbers provided at checkout.
• You will maintain the security of your RTOzero API keys, dashboard credentials, and third-party courier tokens.
• You will not use the Service to transmit misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful materials.

4 WhatsApp & Meta Cloud API Acceptable Use

Our automated communication relies on the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. You agree to strictly abide by Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy:

Violation of Meta policies resulting in phone number tier downgrades or API suspension is the sole responsibility of the merchant.

5 Subscriptions, Prepaid Billing & Non-Refundable Policy

One-Time Test Launch / Beta Access: Merchants are offered a one-time evaluation window consisting of either a 14-day trial or up to 50 verified orders (whichever is reached first) to test and evaluate the verification platform free of software fees.

Prepaid Plan Structure: Following the completion of the evaluation window, all service plans and verification quotas operate strictly on a prepaid basis. Merchants must maintain an active prepaid balance or paid subscription tier to continue automated messaging dispatch.

Approved Payment Processors: Prepaid balances and subscription invoices are settled through our authorized regional payment gateway partners, including Stripe, Tabby, Tamara, Safepay, and PayFast (APPS).

6 Third-Party Cloud Providers & Logistics Disclaimers

RTOzero.io is a software facilitation platform that integrates with upstream infrastructure and logistics partners:

• Upstream Cloud Infrastructure: While we endeavor to maintain high platform availability, RTOzero.io relies on third-party cloud infrastructure (such as SiteGround) and messaging networks (including the Meta / WhatsApp Cloud API). We provide our Service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis and disclaim all liability for upstream carrier outages, network latency, or Meta API rate-limiting beyond our direct control.
• Logistics Operations Disclaimer: RTOzero.io is a technology software provider, not a courier company or logistics carrier. We provide address mapping and verification intelligence for courier portals (such as Aramex, SMSA, J&T Express, DHL, Trax, Leopards, and PostEx). Physical parcel delivery, courier transit times, and rider handling remain the sole responsibility of the respective logistics carrier.

7 Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to RTOzero.io—including its source code, algorithm workflows, user interface designs, logos, and documentation—are the exclusive property of AppsArchs. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the Service for your authorized storefront during your subscription term.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team and uninstalling the store integration. AppsArchs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately without prior notice if a merchant breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or violates Meta Developer policies.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppsArchs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including lost profits, lost sales, courier freight charges, or data corruption—arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

10 Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction (Rawalpindi Courts)

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Province of Punjab (including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 and electronic transaction regulations).

Exclusive Court Jurisdiction: AppsArchs is incorporated and registered in the Province of Punjab, Pakistan. You irrevocably agree that any dispute, claim, legal action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan.
